Thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. It was the first time that I had purchased an Insight Guides guide and I wasn't disappointed. The style is very flowing and one is led easily from Helsinki and through all the different regions. A substantial part of the book is dedicated to the country's history and a full picture of the culture and traditions of Finland is given. A very practical guide beautifully illustrated. Highly recommended.

Expected more pictures and easy to read format. Barely used it while in Finland. Found that a quick online search was more helpful.
Some cease lines on cover page and bent corners due to postage, otherwise ok.
Insight travel guides are the best! Lots of beautiful pictures, easy to read maps, helpful information on everything from food to cultural events to shopping.There are maps of the whole country, regions, cities and even areas within cities. Includes a very readable history of Finland.I can't think of any way this guide could be better. Worth Every Penny!
